Adrian FeltsAdrian Felts is currently the Operations Manager for Battelle in Charlottesville, VA.  He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA in 1994.   As the nation’s largest non-profit R&D company, Battelle Foundation invests heavily in the development of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education initiatives.  As such, Adrian works with local school systems and other non-profits focused on developing a strong workforce with an education in STEM areas.  He currently sits on several boards including the United Way – Thomas Jefferson Area, the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Charlottesville Business and Innovation Council, the Piedmont Virginia Community College Educational Foundation, and the Virginia State Science and Engineering Fair.  He is also co-founder and the current President of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Central VA Chapter and the Director of the Virginia Piedmont Regional Science Fair.  He has also fostered other strong relationships with multiple departments and schools of the University of Virginia.
