Ben Walsh is Associate Vice President of the Historical Association which represents History teachers in England and in this role has been heavily involved in developing new history curricula in England. He has been involved in history education for over 25 years. He has run in-service and pre-service training for teachers along with numerous collaborative projects with educators in Europe, North America and Asia. He is well known as an author of textbooks and digital resources for organisations including the UK National Archives, The British Library and the BBC. He is also a senior examiner for History in England, with a specialist responsibility for examining and assessing the use of historical sources. Ben is also a passionate advocate of the use of technology in the history classroom and has researched and presented on this issue all over the world.
