John AragonaJohn Aragona is an Instructor of Humanities & Social Sciences at the Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh, NC.  His areas of focus are American History, U.S. Government, and Law & Public Policy.  He also serves as the Debate Coach.  John holds a BA in Government and Theology from Georgetown University and a JD from Catholic University.  After retiring from the practice of law, John became a high school teacher and earned an MA in Education from American University.  He has been designated a Master Teacher by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and enjoys working during the summer as an instructor for the Foundation’s Teacher Institute and in the creation of digital curricula.  John has earned the Advanced Professional Certificate in Girl’s Education from the National Coalition of Girl’s Schools.
